Retail Development Coach

Are you a Retail Development Coach/Training Manager with a focus on coaching in-store staff members and improving customer service? TWX are working with a long-standing and respected client to find an experienced Retail Development Coach to join their team. As Retail Development Coach, you will be responsible for a network of stores across your designated area, rolling out an Operational Excellence Program focused on customer service, brand standards, store compliance and food safety, all in order to ensure a superior and consistent customer experience. You will ideally be located around the Rugby, Northampton, Coventry area.

This role will suit someone with a genuine business development and coaching background, not sales. You will need to be detailed but flexible in your approach, be able to influence people at all levels, and ultimately be results driven. There are excellent opportunities to progress too, even international roles!

Requirements;

• Experience of FMCG is a must, working across multiple sites, ideally within the convenience retail sector
• Have first-class coaching skills and the confidence to influence others
• Be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills but with the ability to work alongside other stakeholders with the same common objectives
• Good IT knowledge, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Full, clean driving licence
• Food Safety (Level 3) Certification would be advantageous

The salary on offer is up to £33,000, depending on experience, with a company car and company benefits scheme in addition.
