My client has a rare opportunity to join them as a Development Coach/Project Manager, seconded to their biggest and most lucrative client, to roll out an Operational Excellence Program in various overseas locations. This is a permanent role but you will spend between 6 and 12 months in each location. The immediate need for this year is Ecuador and Dominican Republic but future locations span Europe, Africa and South America!
You will be trained here in the UK for at least 3 months before shadowing an experienced PM to get you ready for this exciting challenge. You will need to have good experience of leading and coaching regional retail teams, implementing structure and discipline to their process, and advising staff on brand standards and food safety, to ensure a high-level and consistent service offering across the different store sites. Experience of the food retail industry would be a massive plus.
Obviously, this role needs commitment and will need someone who can travel globally with few restrictions and live in other countries for several months (flights for visits home are paid for as well!).
