TWX are working with a long-standing and respected client to find an experienced Retail Development Coach to join their team. We know them really well – we have helped them build several teams across the UK and internationally over the years – and we can say with confidence that they are a great company to work for and you will learn from some of the industry’s best people.
As Retail Development Coach, you will be responsible for a network of stores across South London and the Southeast, rolling out an Operational Excellence Program focused on customer service, brand standards, store compliance and food safety, all in order to ensure a superior and consistent customer experience.
This role will suit someone with a genuine business development and coaching background, not sales. You will need to be detailed but flexible in your approach and ultimately results driven.
This role demands someone that genuinely wants to make a difference to businesses by implementing good practices through coaching. If this sounds like you, please apply with your latest CV and a short cover letter explaining why you think you’d be a good fit for the role.
The salary on offer is up to £35,000, depending on experience, with a company car and company benefits scheme in addition. Most importantly, you will be given all the support you need to make this role a success. Interviews will happen in the next couple of weeks so please apply straightaway if the above sounds like you.
