Field Service Engineer

TWX have a great long-standing relationship with a well-respected engineering and fabrication business on the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border, and we are now looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join the team.

As part of a small installations and service team, you will cover the whole of the UK, with potential for short-term overseas and offshore projects. You will be mechanically biased and have a good knowledge of instrumentation, control systems and pneumatic & electric actuators.

You will bring at least 3 years in a mechanical maintenance/fitter role, ideally within heavy products, industrial HVAC, large valves, etc., although other backgrounds may be considered. You will also need to be able and willing to travel when required.

If successful, you will receive a good hourly base rate + various supplement rates and allowances with potential for an OTE of £40,000 – £45,000. A company van will also be provided.
