TWX are working with a long-standing and respected client to find an experienced Retail Development Coach to join their team. As Retail Development Coach, you will be responsible for a network of stores across the North London, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire region, rolling out an Operational Excellence Program focused on customer service, brand standards, store compliance and food safety, all in order to ensure a superior and consistent customer experience.
This role will suit someone with a genuine business development and coaching background, not sales. You will need to be detailed but flexible in your approach, be able to influence people at all levels, and ultimately results driven.

The salary on offer is up to £33,000, depending on experience, with a company car and company benefits scheme in addition.
